The Lee County Finance Department is responsible for managing and maintaining the fiscal integrity of the county’s financial records.  The Finance Department monitors all county financial operations to insure that all monies are spent only in accordance with the budget adopted by County Council.

Finance Department duties include:

•  Aid in the preparation of the County’s annual operating budget

•  Accounts Payable

•  Payroll

•  Human Resources

• Administration of the County’s Hospitality Tax

• Administration of the County’s Accommodations Tax

• Ensures that county departments adhere to the County’s Procurement Code
